Dear Parents/Guardians,
Due to the ongoing fire crisis in Los Angeles, poor air quality, and the closures of neighboring schools in the LA area, Today Fresh Start Schools will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 10th. 2025.
We understand the challenges this may cause for families and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and staff.
During this time, teachers will continue to provide instructional resources, and updates through Google Classroom and IXL. Please check these platforms regularly for assignments and guidance to support your child’s learning from home.
Meals will also be distributed to All our Families at the Compton and Crenshaw sites tomorrow, Friday from 11 am to 1 pm as an additional resource for our Families.
We plan to reopen on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 7:30 am, and resume regular school operations. Please stay safe, and feel free to contact your child Teacher via Google classroom and class Dojo if you have any questions or concerns.
